Not a credit decision. Not a 1003. Not a rate lock. Not a referral to a named lender. The borrower picks a licensed loan officer of their choice.

If a builder sends you a Nidify® scenario
Read it as homework, not as an approval. Re-run the numbers in your own system. Nestablish is not a lender. Builder Growth Solutions is not recruiting loan officers on this page.
